由于朋友需要为他女友做一些RM格式到AVI、MPEG格式的文件转换，匆忙之余，在我们租处上网下载了那么几个软件，结果都不怎么好用。后来想起来早一段时间想把一些文件转化为3GP格式，以便用于我们的手机Nokia6670上，当时到网上找了一个软件，叫做ImTOO MPEG Encoder,（屏幕抓图），非常好用。

下面是一点小的提示，为了您能够更好的适用这款软件：
使用提示：

首先双击mpeg-encoder，安装ImTOO MPEG Encoder；
然后，运行ImTOO MPEG Encoder 3，点击帮助菜单，再点击其下的输入注册码，进行注册；
此时会弹出对话框，要求输入用户名和注册码；
切换到文件夹中，双击ImTOO_MPEG_Encoder，在其中输入想要的用户名（随便输入即可），这时会在下方出现一行注册码，将用户名和注册码拷贝到ImTOO MPEG Encoder 3的注册码输入对话框相应项目中，确定即可完成注册过程。

How To Use ImTOO MPEG Encoder:

After downloading the compressed file, decompress it into a destination folder.
To install ImTOO MPEG Encoder,o pen the folder and double click mpeg-encoder. Follow the install instructions.

Run ImTOO MPEG Encoder by double click on the icon of ImTOO MPEG Encoder on your desktop (if you have not changed the install path while the installation process), click the menu Help, and Enter Registration Code. A pop-up window pops.

Then double click ImTOO_MPEG_Encoder in the folder where you decompressed the files, and input a username (whatever you like) in the username field and a Registration Code will be produced automatically. Just copy the username and the Registration Code and input them into the corresponding fields in the pop-up window in ImTOO MPEG Encoder. Everything is OK now.
